This tow dolly basket strap is designed for smaller to medium size tires ranging from 14" to 17" and features two flat hooks for secure vehicle towing. Constructed with industrial-grade polyester webbing, it offers excellent UV resistance for maximum hauling strength. The 2" twisted flat hook is made of carbon steel and the loose end of the wheel bonnet can be easily secured with a 2" ratchet or lashing hook.
